The owner of Abacus Appraisal, Inc, Brian A. Choron, is a native of Pensacola, Florida and has resided throughout the Gulf and East Coast of Florida.

With almost a decade of real estate appraisal experience throughout the state. Brian came back home to Pensacola in 2005 to establish Abacus Appraisal, Inc.  In the travels and experiences working under several reputable real estate appraisers throughout the state. We have established a large coverage area containing most of the metropolitan areas in Florida. Abacus Appraisal is expanding and we are looking for more qualified appraisers to join our team.
